1.May I have a sample order before bulk one?

A:Of course, we can provide a sample for you.

2.Do you get the relevant certifications?

A:Yes, so far, we have got certification of CE,TUV, UL, SAA, ROSH,ISO9001:2015and so on.

3.Can I have my own customized product?

A :Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.

4. How about the warranty?

A: 5 years

5. What's your payment term ?
A: T / T, 30% deposit when confirm the order, 70% as balance before the container loading.

6.How about the after service ?
A: We will send out the product by free with customer's next order by sea if the problem caused from us. We advice you do 5%
extra quantity than the order, it will help you do the after service more quickly.

7.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:We insist on the principle of [customer first, quality first".

8.:How long will it take for production?

A:Depends on the quantity, but normally takes 35-45 days for a 40HQ container.

9.Can I visit you?

A:Of course, you are always welcome at any time. If you contact us in advance, we are always happy to host and treat you to Chinese hospitality.
