Matters needing attention when using electric lifting desk in office

In order to better protect their own cervical and lumbar vertebrae, it is suggested that they always keep the posture of sitting and standing alternately. Standing or sitting for a long time is not very friendly to people's body. Generally, it is more scientific and reasonable to work for 40-50 minutes while standing for 15-20 minutes. It is more healthy for the two working states to replace each other.
It is suggested that the screw or knob of the lifting table should be checked every 3 months to see if there is any sign of screw loosening. If there is looseness, it should be tightened immediately to prevent normal use and effectively extend the service life of the electric lifting desk.

It is recommended to clean the desktop once a week. Dust on the desktop can be cleaned with a small vacuum cleaner, or quickly wiped with cloth.
